Sunset Resort presents itself as Hungary’s first semi-automated apartment house located at Lake Balaton. Our basic objective is to grant an accommodation that offers maximum relaxation, respecting the private sphere of guests. For this purpose, we have reduced communication or contact with staff to the bare minimum. From reservation to check-out, guests will only need their smartphones. With their devices, online check-in can be done 7 days prior to the actual check-in, thereby reducing the time the occupation of the apartment takes on the day of arrival. Self-operation is also facilitated by our special application downloaded to the mobile phone in advance. This is necessary for opening the door of the booked apartment and for reserving the accommodation’s services later on. Untroubled relaxation of our guests and respect for their personal space are key factors for us; therefore, we operate with a minimal number of apartments. Our objective is that when using the common areas, such as the garden, the beach and the sunbathing platform, our guests would not feel overwhelmed by the frustrating feeling of crowdedness.The huge sunbathing platform leading off the end of the garden allows you to easily reach Lake Balaton in 2 minutes instead of walking through public beaches, and in this way you will avoid contact with anyone other than the residents of Sunset Resort.

Thanks to the proximity of the waterside, our guests do not need to carry their personal belongings far away, as they can be easily reached from their rented apartments. Although the justifiably famous dog beach in Fonyód is only 15 minutes away from the accommodation, we also have good news: our apartment house places great emphasis on guests arriving with pets. Sunset Resort welcomes pets as well; our guests have the opportunity to indicate during the reservation that they intend to come with their dogs and they can also reserve our special dog packages. Sunset Resort Apartment House offers unique relaxation for guests of any age, for couples and singles, for families and groups of friends as well. Do not let windy weather or the high waves of Lake Balaton ruin your vacation! In the garden, petanque, a mini golf course and barbecue facilities await you, while you can also swim in the pool in the wind-protected inner garden.
