How can I check-in?

Download the GuestAdvisor application on your smartphone or tablet. This is the only way you can check-in online, open the apartment’s door and use any other services. It is important to know that we will invoice based on the data provided during online registration and we will send the invoices to the email address provided there, so please review and check your data carefully before submitting them. The email address you use will have an important role later on as well; since the application will send a confirmation code to this email address when booking the services. It is also useful to know that we will charge the card you provided at the time of booking. All services will be confirmed only if the card has been charged successfully.

Check-in: 15:00-20:00 (only possible during this time interval)

Safety first!

Hygienic preparation in the entire area of the apartment house is part of our preventive measures. The staff also takes appropriate precautions. At the present time prevention is of the utmost importance. Our priority task and objective is the health and safety of our guests. For this reason, we constantly follow the news and make our decisions depending on that.


Be careful and cautious!

Please comply with the following rules:

  • Consider carefully before your trip, and do not set off if you notice any symptoms of the disease on yourself or in your immediate environment.
  • If you have to wait in queue, please keep appropriate distance.
  • Please use a face mask and hand sanitizer in public spaces.

In order to protect the health of our guests, we have introduced some basic rules. Based on the legal requirements in force, these measures are valid until the existence of a health emergency. Information posters about the precautions to be taken have been placed in the apartments and in the entire area of the building.


The rules are the following:

  • Before arrival, please indicate the exact time of your arrival!
  • We have implemented a multi-step cleaning and ozone disinfection protocol. As a part of this effort, guests cannot come one after another, that is “handing over the room key” on the same day of departure and arrival is not possible. In addition to disinfection, each apartment is “left untouched” for at least 12 hours in line with the safety measures.
  • In accordance with the health precautions, the use of “shared” textile tea towels in the apartments is not allowed, so we have removed them. Thus, please bring paper towels with you.
  • During this period, housemaids do not remove the waste from the apartments, but it is you who need to do it.
  • In order to reduce human contact, we ask our guests to reduce contact with our colleagues to a minimum. In this case, for the protection of both you and our colleagues, we ask you to use a face mask or a piece of cloth / a scarf covering your face.

We hope that even in this changed situation you will spend your vacation comfortably in the apartment house and leave satisfied. During your stay, we ask you to familiarise yourself and comply with the precautions in force for the sake of your own health and that of our other guests. Online check-in/filling in data is possible at the earliest 7 days before arrival.

Steps

  1. Open the GuestAdvisor application.
  2. First you must accept the Terms of Use to proceed. You can find this document under „I accept the Terms&Conditions and Privacy Policy”. If you accept it, please tick the empty box next to „I accept the Terms& Conditions and Privacy Policy. Now you can see the following details: the reservation period, what type of apartment you have booked and for how many people.
  3. Then click on “Open reservation”
  4. To enter the data, click on the “Check-in / You arrive.…” button.
  5. Click on the green “Start Check-in” box.
  6. You can enter the data in the green “Enter missing info” box. If more than one person is going to stay in an apartment, please provide the exact details of all guests. From now on, if you use any services, we will issue the invoice for the name and address of the person who made the reservation. The invoice will be sent to the email address provided by you.
  7. When you are ready, click on the green “Finish check-in” button, and the data entry is complete.
    If you know the expected time of your arrival, click on the “Add arrival info” button and enter the time of arrival. If you don’t know this yet, click on the white “Continue without it” button.
  8. Read the information about the apartment house and reservations in the “More details” section, then tick the box next to it to complete the check-in process.

The GuestAdvisor application forms the basis of everything at Sunset Resort Apartment House. With this application, you can check in, enter your billing name and address, and also set the email address to which we can send the invoice and any future notifications.

Additional important information:

  • You can also enter your card details within the application, and your card will be charged directly after every reservation or order. If you do not want this card being charged upon arrival, please let us know on the day of arrival.
  • You can also open the front door of the booked apartment with the application.
  • Please read the confirmation e-mail and all e-mails received from us carefully to make sure your vacation goes smoothly.
  • It is very important to keep track of your email account, because we will communicate with you in this way from the time of your reservation until the day of your departure.
  • 7 days before your arrival, you will receive a guide from us, in which you will find exactly how to download and use the GuestAdvisor application. After that you will have 7 days to check-in online. If more than one apartment has been booked during one reservation, it is very important that you will receive more (as many as the number of apartments booked) “7-day online check-in e-mails” to the given email address, since each one contains a different reservation number, based on which you can open your own GuestAdvisor application. Please open the application apartment by apartment because it is the only way in which you will be able to open the doors of your own apartments.
  • After ordering the services in the application, the bank card you provided will be charged immediately. That is why we ask you to carefully choose the appropriate services and the correct amount.
  • In many cases, you can update the GuestAdvisor app on your mobile phone by closing the window and then opening it again.
  1. Open the app.
  2. Click on the “Our Services” box.
  3. Choose one of our services that appear in the boxes.
  4. Click on the “Book” button.
  5. Select the amount by using the plus and minus signs.
  6. Then click on the “Book” button.
  7. We have just sent you a code by e-mail to the given email address.
  8. Write or copy the code in the empty green rubric. (This will be needed only once, as the system will not ask for the PIN code more than once.)
  9. You are ready to go! We will deduct the amount from the card provided at the time of booking and will send the invoice to your email address.
  10. You can get to know everything about the service you have booked at the reception, and also from the landlady and the landlord.

What can you find in the GuestAdvisor application and what is it for?

You can find our address and website under the “Hotel Details” button. Would you like to reach us by phone? Click on “Call us”. You can find us on the map under the “Location” button. The room number is visible from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival, and you can check in, if you have not done so already. Then the “Location” button changes to “Room access”. You can enter the apartment by clicking on this button.

Your travel is important to us, but your safety is even more important, so we have created flexible cancellation conditions.

Changing an existing reservation is free of charge

You can change the date and other details of your travel even after reservation, for example, you can change the date of your travel to a later date.

Flexible cancellation

Can I cancel my reservation free of charge due to the coronavirus?

In case of cancellation, the Cancellation Policy included in the confirmation e-mail of the reservation applies, and it shall be repealed if there are official restrictions in the country for the period of travel that prevent travel from taking place.

GENERAL PAYMENT CONDITIONS

Please note that in our hotel you can only pay by card!

Accepted cards: Maestro, Master,Visa

In case of a standard reservation:

1 January–30 April or 26 October–30 December:

  • A deposit of 30% will be charged within 15 days prior to arrival.
  • • The remaining 70% will be charged within 7 days before arrival.

1 May–25 June or 1 September–25 October:

  • A deposit of 50% will be charged within 30 days prior to arrival.
  • The remaining 50% will be charged within 14 days before arrival.

26 June–31 August:

  • A deposit of 25% has to be paid at the time of reservation.
  • The remaining 75% will be charged within 14 days before arrival.

In case of a non-refundable price:

  • The full amount (100%) has to be paid at the time of reservation.
  • After each transaction, we will send an invoice to the email address you provided.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The conditions belonging to the basic, i.e. standard price category depend on the season.

1 May–25 June or 1 September–25 October:

  • The reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 15 days before arrival
  • If the cancellation is made within 15 days before arrival, the amount of penalty will be 30% of the total price (so the 30% deposit is non-refundable).
  • If the cancellation is made within 7 days before arrival, the amount of penalty will be the full amount (100%).

1 May–25 June or 1 September–25 October:

  • The reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.
  • If the cancellation is made within 30 days before arrival, the amount of penalty will be 50% of the total price (so the 50% deposit is non-refundable).
  • If the cancellation is made within 14 days before arrival, the amount of penalty will be the full amount (100%).

26 June–31 August:

  • Free cancellation is not possible.
  • If the cancellation is made 14 days before arrival, the penalty will be the 25% deposit that was charged at the time of reservation.
  • If the cancellation is made within 14 days before arrival, the amount of penalty will be the full amount (100%).

In case of a non-refundable price:
The card will be charged with the given amount directly after the reservation. In case of cancellation or non-appearance, this amount is non-refundable. If charging your card is not possible, your reservation will not be considered confirmed.
